- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. When you call to State Farm do not speak to Mandy. Mandy is rude and not patient. There's no need to speak to ANYONE like that if you are confused about your policy. They added my boyfriend on my moms car for some reason when I didn't ask them to. I called to ask how much it will be and she added him anyways. She calls her customers liars instead of fixing the issue. I will be calling corporate about the mater and I do have recordings of our conversation. I though State Farm was friendly environment but I will be telling my friends about my experience. I will also post on Facebook.By emmeline banks, April 18, 2017
